Actually, having used Image Capture exclusively for copying pictures from my camera over the past four years, I completely forgot that you can use it to scan things as well.

But with the wonderful piece of software Epson has provided, whyever would I want to use anything else?

Does Image Capture work with your Epson? It does with my Canon, and I’m sooooo glad for it.

I have no idea what Canon’s software looks like, and I’m not inclined to find out.

Oh, perfect. Now, instead of coming up with my own procedure, all I have to do is programmatically model the machine and give it a virtual Cube to work with! In other news, my next project following this one will be to calculate how long a train traveling at 70 mi/h will take to go from Chicago, IL to Indianapolis, IN, 163 miles away, by mapping the entire Great Lakes area of the United States in 3D, modeling and programming a virtually accurate and functional GE P42DC train, and timing how long it takes to make the trip.
